Shipping Policy
Although the majority of orders ship within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse, please allow up to 1-2 business days for orders to process before they are shipped.
** We have no control over your package as soon as it is in the hands of our shipping partners. You will typically receive your order within 5-7 days of purchase **
SHIPPING TIMES
Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, Holidays are not included in business days.**
Standard Shipping:
5-7 business days after processing but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some cases.
Expedited Shipping:
Up to 3 business days after the order is processed.

Our standard shipping rate is $5 and free for any order over $49

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Just click on the number in the shipping confirmation email to track your package! Your shipping information will all also be available in your account dashboard on our website. If you opt for package insurance through route.com they will also provide tracking information.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please select the option to insure your package at checkout to make sure there are no issues. Package theft is at an all time high.
Refund Policy
- Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund request, please email us at contact@indacloud.co. In your email, provide the following
information:
- Order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable)
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Products that do not meet our quality standards, such as faulty vapes or unusable products, will be eligible for a refund when notified within the specified timeframe.
- Products that fall under Route’s jurisdiction and are covered by Route shipping insurance will be processed for refunds by Route.
- Route insurance is optional but must be selected for any refunds related to lost or damaged packages prior to original purchase.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on
your
payment provider.
- Additional Information:
- If a package is damaged during transit and falls under the coverage of Route shipping insurance, please contact Route directly for any refund claims.
- Please note that certain products or services may have specific refund policies or restrictions. These
will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
